In a rush to create some badges for a family reunion, I call this company after doing a search on the Internet. I think it was Joe that I spoke to who offered his advice on which type of product I should use and he also gave special instructions on how to ensure that the pins did not come off easily (which was by installing them press down hard for a few seconds to make sure the adhesive sticks). The order was submitted fast and delivery was even faster as it came a day or two earlier than expected. Great company and I highly recommend.
