We want you to be completely satisfied with your badges and tags, but if for any reason you are not, you may return your merchandise within 15 days for an exchange or refund.
- Custom imprinted products may not be returned.
- Some less common products may incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
