Minimum Order

Order Production
• 24-96 hour turnaround time. We will work with you on getting your order out quickly to
meet your deadlines (please call if you need special shipping)

• Above is a typical scenario, we also ship many orders in 1 day (call if you need a rush order)
Packaging
• All tags are packaged in zip locked plastic baggies and than carefully packed in a bubble mailer
container or box depending on size of the order.
Shipping (FREE SHIPPING)
• Packages are shipped using the US Postal Service (Standard & Priority Mail). Most of our larger
packages are shipped using UPS Ground. These shipping services are free.
We will expedite shipping for an additional charge (ie; overnight, second day air)

• Keep out of hot enclosed areas to avoid loosening the bond of the nametag attachment.
• Your name tag should be stored out of direct sunlight when not in use.

Return Policy
• Custom products are not considered "re-sellable", therefore such products cannot be returned for
refund or purchase credit. In the event that a production error occurs, it should be reported to us
immediately in order to provide the quickest possible solutions. Custom Orders older than 30 days
cannot be returned for correction. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will correct the order and
re-ship it to the customer at our expense.
